WORST PLUMER I HAVE EVER USED. IDIOT. DID'NT FIX ANYTHING. LEFT A GREASEY MESS ON THE FLOOR AND EVEN ON THE FRONT OF THE REFRIGIRATOR. LEFT GREASEY WATER UNDER THE SINK AND A PAN OF NASTY WATER. DID'NT HAVE PROPER TOOLS OR EVEN A FLASHLIGHT. THEN HAD THE NERVE TO OVER CHARGE ME. I CLEANED UP THE MESS AND CALLED ROTO ROOTER. THEY HAD IT FIXED IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND CLEANED UP THERE OWN MESS. I ALSO EMAILED ALL MEMBERS OF OUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AND WARNED THEM NOT TO USE THESE CROOKS. IF I STOP ONE VICTIM FROM USEING THESE MORONS, THEN I HAVE GOTTEN EVEN. HOPE THIS HELPS HOMEOWNERS. I called BFP and spoke to Sue (very friendly), she scheduled me an appointment for the following day. The plumber Caleb) showed up on time and was straight forward on how much it would cost before he ever even touched our clogged toilet. The plumber (Caleb) was very knowledgable and professional. He had the clog out withing half an hour. The price was reasonable compared to other plumbers I have used before. I would definitly use their service again and I would recommend this business to anyone. Rodney

My husband and I recently used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a problem in our master bathroom. I was very happy with the service I received. Our original appt was for a Saturday morning, someone from the business called to resheduled due to a scheduling conflict, but they did give us 50% off our service call. The plumber seemed quite knowledgable about our problem and provided us a simple solution.
