I called Quality after finding them on www.yellowpages.com and reading the reviews. I'm turning in my leased Chrysler Pacifica on Tuesday and desperately needed some stains removed. Doug was able to get me in on a busy Friday afternoon. The stains are GONE! They did a beautiful job on vaccumming the carpet and I'll be very happy to give this back to the bank with no reason to charge me for any repairs. I highly recommend Quality First and will be calling them again when I need more work done (I have a 5 year old, there WILL be more stains in the future.)

I am not sure who cleaned the person's car, who wrote the review above mine, but it was definately not these guys. First they came straight to me, which was great because I was in a hotel, visiting Dallas. The price was only $100 for a car, and I have a convertable that had stains on the cover, they got all the stains out. They also got out the sweat stains out of the seats, and the stains out of the mats. Not to mention they washed and waxed the car, and interior vacume, shampoo, and armor all. They also got out the pen stains on the seat from when my dad drove the car with a pen in his back pocket. I was very satisified with the service as well as the price and performance. I did not think they would get out all the stains. Very trustworthy as well, when they arrived, I open the car for them and went to the mall. All the gentlement were very polite, and cheerful. I guess my only regret is that these guys will not go out to Shreveport, La, where I live.

They were pleasant. They worked for hours on my car. It looks like it did when I drove it for the showroom floor! My car is five years old and it is now a pleasure to get into it. I had some bad carpet stains and they were able to get most of them out. It shines like new!!!!!

I do not know how they got voted best by D Magazine For a 140.00 dollars you get ripped off. I will have to have my carpet replaced If you want to get ripped off call these guys. Thanks D
